package came in on time, good wrapped, no damage. Looking very solid. Pity that thermometer comes in loose, is not a part of the heater and works indepently on batteries ( not included)

product very well packaged, but not working properly. I put the heating to 29 degrees to have 25 but it goes off all the time.
