I want to warn potential costumers, that the seller is totally irresponsible! I ordered the kit for distillation column. I asked twice to ship all of the kit in one parcel, but I received unfull parcel lacking 4 details, without whom I couldn't use the column. Distillex ignored my messages untill I opened a dispute for unshipped details - only then they started to act! Also I had to ask four times for legal invoice for order untill I finally got it. I had to waste a lot of time arguing with the seller. I had to clarify the situation with local customs to escape being charged twice for unshipped details, and, of course, I could not use the column, which was fully paid! Seller didn't even try to solve the situation, just sent me formal messages with insignificant bullshit! As a businessman I can't understand that kind of attitude to clients! If I was the owner of the store, I would lay off the manager immediatelly! P. S. As about product, pipe fitting as pipe fitting, nothing wrong...
