Not like the picture comes in really small

The equipment I received is defective. Don't record, can't see the lights to see if you're ready to record or not. The location of the TF card is loose and therefore it is not in the correct position. In view of this situation I am not happy with the product and as such they either return the money I paid for the equipment, or send me new equipment in working order. I await your reply.
