Very nice shoes. Well made, nice, even and fine stiching. Good fit. Good materials. Only thing on mine is that the brass plate could have been attached better in order to match the quality of the rest of the shoe. For the price I can highly reccommend them. Shipping to Denmark took a standard month or so. Also comes in a red shoe box neatly packed. Even though priced a little higher, I think these heels are a good buy and they look great!
I do not check this app often but when I did there was very unfriendly communication because I opened a dispute. I had not received my shoes in over a month so I was concerned and opened a dispute. I looked at my app communication and the author writes, “you have the shoes already. Close the dispute. [very angry].” Who in the customer service business tells their customers they are very angry at them? I didn’t even know what to think. It was an odd response and I meant no harm. The shoes are good but they are too small. I asked to exchange but it will be a miracle if this company assists me. Then have tons of bad reviews and shame on me because I should have looked. I buy stuff on Allie all the time but I’ve never been corresponded with like this. There are many other shoes just like this to buy on Allie with much better service. I advise you to choose them because I typically always have very nice sellers on Allie. This seller is borderline hostile in communication.
