My height is about 156cm and it sits nicely around my waist. It is slightly thinner than I thought so I`m not too sure how it would fare during winter.

It runs pretty small so definitely get 2-3 size bigger than your usual size. I'm usually size S so got an L but sadly it still doesn't give the cute baggy vibe like the shop's picture. Get an XL. And the sleeves are bit short!
