Transformer worked on arrival - I tested with a multimeter. But it broke on installation. I used it on my 110V lathe's DRO as a replacement for the EI-28-020 (220V->9V 0.225A) . The primary winding is thin, and the primary winding blew open immediately. It is a very low power item; unfortunately the production description did not mention the power capacity. My mistake in ordering this part.
