product come broken and in very ugly pack im not happy with this

The packing was way too weak, luckily the reels didn't have any apparent damage, they came only into a soft plastic bag. I highly suggest the seller to take action about this issue, it took about 40 days and crossed half world many things can happen during that time and distance.
Packing was so poor.. Luckily the product arrived in visually good condition.
