The seller decided to cancel my order after three weeks of waiting. This just shows that their logistic is poorly monitored and implemented. The seller decided to do some arrangement with me but it seems their only option is to make me wait again for 3-4 weeks, which I feel is unfair and unprofessional. Ideally, in this type of situations, you go above and beyond for your customer but they are out of their depth when it comes to authentic customer service. Buy at your own risk as I'm not going to buy from Spexcel ever again.
