As expected, this was not a g-string brief. The size XXL fits me, 180cm, 76kg, waist 86cm, quite okay, the pouch would hold a bigger endowment than mine comfortably. XL would be okay for my size. The material is thick, feels like a swim suit. Very nice blue color.
