Seller did not want to issue a refund even though I have not received the products in 3 months, and tracking has not updated in 2 months. Before I opened a dispute, I messaged the seller to let them know that I have not received the package yet and then they said they would give me a refund if I opened a dispute. So when I opened a dispute and showed proof, they did not want to give me a refund! I have provided proof in the picture that the seller did not want to issue a refund, even though the seller said he would, and the buyer protection was about to run out the next day. Also, I let the seller know that the tracking has not updated in over 60 days. Ali Express stepped in and granted me a refund. I am happy that Ali Express made the seller give me a refund. This seller is not trustworthy. Please check the pictures I have provided to show that I am telling the truth.
