The product has not been delivered!! I made a purchase of 3 products from 3 different sellers on the same day, and for ALL OF THEM I informed the same address, with a HUGE MISTAKE: I informed a WRONG NUMBER THAT DOES NOT EXIST in the registered street. Two of the products are already on their way back to the country of origin, I have the document of Brazilian post service confirming that the address does not exist and the product will be returnerd to the seller. So, how is it possible that one of the products has been delivered, if the address DOES NOT EXIST? For whom they delivered my product? this is not fair, not correct and not legal for the seller did not answered my messages and ali express does not accept my request of refund.
This is one of the best wife I’ve ever owned! It’s way better than some items I’ve bought for $40-$60. It’s super soft and ships quickly. My boyfriend thought it was real hair! My only complaints are that the wig cap is beige, not brown, and it has a bit of shine. But both of those are easily corrected. I will 100% be buying again
