The system is not adapted for 2.5 mm cables (which are compulsary for a heating system in Europe). The access to the very right cable is not good and when you introduce the cable it breaks down or does not give contact. Only solution. Buy a new one and drill or bore a little hole for the cable on the very right. This is not very professional but it is the only way out.
