Bought for a Lenovo Explorer and I chose the version with holes. It is very thin, so you get a better FOV than the stock foam while remaining quite comfortable. I had to fiddle a bit with it to find the perfect way to set it up. I ended up with the nose part quite high, on the lenses even, so when I wear the headset the nose part rest very high on the nose like glasses would. See photo. Very happy with the result, I recommend this for the lenovo explorer. You experience may vary, I have 66.5 IPD and average size head.
