The product damaged during the shipping because of bad packaging. The seller asked me to return the product for a full refund, the shipping cost would be more than the price of the product...

Even in the middle of pandemic the package came quick, took one month. It came very well packed and the box was in acceptable condition, no damage. Although the box has the wrong product, the box shows one rgb led fan but the product is right so no worries! The product cames with a mount and plastic mounting screws. The two fan version uses only one cable for the two fans which is nice. To install the cooler I had to use a lot of force for the mounting brackets.
