One of the lamps arrived rose gold when i bought it in gold, and the other one never arrived even the shipment information said that it was send back to the sender, now they don't want to give me my money back for that lamp that never arrived. Which i never actually confirmed to have been recieved it. When the one with the wrong color arrived, i said to the seller that there was one still missing. I lived in Panama, but i have to bring trough out a freith forwarder from Miami, so from Miami to Panama it takes time, so that is why i could not open a dispute, as i get the lamps later that the time i have to open the dispute. But with the shipment information is very clear that the lamp was not receieved i Miami. And the seller just keep saying that hi is losing money, it is no my problem in total i bought 4 lamps and i even paid delivery, and is very clear that there is one missing.
