Seller canceled the shipment 10 days after order was sent, without any message or feedback to customer. Since then, seller was waiting quietly for the customer protection to run off for cashing in. Very unprofessional. Should have initiated the refund right after seller canceled the shipment. And at least send a feedback message to customer who has been waiting several month for a product that was never shipped (( Got refund through the dispute process. Now ordering the same tool from another seller.
