After I told the seller at least three times that the order must come with an EU plug, they sent me the wrong one... I warned them before the order and they did not listen. Pure incompetence and bad service. The product works as described but the customer service is terrible. Now they even do not answer to my complaints...
It works perfectly fine. Was complaining how they sent me a US plug instead of EU and right away they sent me the correct one, which arrived pretty quickly. All the compliments and praises for understanding, help and shipment :) would buy a DAC from them also, but decided to buy Topping D10 on 11.11.2019.. Either way, tje company is great. Would have been good that SMSL Sap 6 is still producing... That would be a massive success and grab :)
