The shoes unfortunately came stained. This is a big problem for many buyers as I have seen from the previous reviews. The stains are glue, which is impossible to remove as the shoes are from suede material therefore not possible to wear. Looks like from one of the shoes that the stain has been tried to be cleaned therefore has left the mark. I have been going back and forth with the seller who’s not been too polite. The refund is almost impossible as you would have to wait for months, and after discussing seller was accusing me of keeping the shoes for free. As suggested to seller that a buyer would’t buy expired product in a supermarket so why send out shoes that are damaged + takes months to arrive knowingly the complicated return process and time. I would say before ordering keep in mind that the shoes can come damaged with glue stains, and the refund is almost impossible or go for it if you want to receive them damaged and get $1 refund.
