The product I bought is not working properly. I complained to the seller and he replied that I was not using the product properly. I do not accept such an answer because I have another similar product and it works properly. I know how to use touch screen.

I’m very satisfied. I had small issues with product and I received very quickly new one. This seller is very serious. Thermostat is worth his price. It’s easy to configure (I’m using tuya app) and works good enough. Communication with seller is great. Thanks again for a good service.
