There are no claimed 15 watts. I tried to connect with the phone for 30 minutes, it`s hard but possible :) Use the bulb with my google home mini. Voice control works well, but sometimes "the bulb server" suddenly shuts down, and you can`t control it within the app. For the price with the discount good device.
