Lamp becomes on properly detecting human. And, quality of light is not bad. Light is slightly dark but stable enough. - Power consumption is around 3.5W at 220V. - No Flicker I've tested lots of LED lamps.(Samsung 6.5W, 7.2W, Philips 3W, 7W, Osram 9W, and 3 different Chinese makers' products) Only this lamp doesn't have flicker in 3 Chinese brand lamps. Samsung, Philips, Osram doesn't have flicker even though they were made in China. Though brightness is darker than Philips' 3W LED lamp.(around 10%), it's acceptable for me because this lamp is not for continuous lighting.
