The order arrived, when setting up and accidentally backing out of setup it was blocked, had to reset it. In order to find out how you scan the instructions QR code(which doesn't actually work, because their site is non-existent/down). Other than that the leds are lit up when OFF(but plugged into the wall), which means they still draw current, very inefficient at the least.
