These arrived quickly and are warm. They have a cushion built into the soles which is pretty cool. However, I ordered a size 11. The site claims 11 and 12 are the same size. These are not even a size 9. They are uncomfortably tight, and I heard threads breaking the first time I tried them on due to how undersized they are. Here is some advice for all Chinese stores. STOP trying to sell items to western customers that are several sizes smaller than described. All this does is make angry customers who will not buy from you again, and get you less than stellar ratings.
