Did not receive item, even though it showed up as "received" for some reason. When asked why it said that, seller said because protection time expired and to wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I tried opening a dispute and it said that I can't because it's been more than 15 days. I asked the seller for help twice and twice they ignored my message. Not cool.
