I’ll say the product need to be improved. The software didn’t upgrade for years and it’s not working at all on a windows 10 PC. The software is supposed to be running on Windows 7 and the installation is not user friendly. It’s also suspicious to copy some files to your system folder during installation. The remote is not working properly, and music spectrum is not working at all with noise from the 3.5 mm audio jack. I didn’t even solder the speaker since 4A power adapter is hard to find. The LEDs flash disturbingly while reading the dat files from SD card, with some failure attempts occasionally. The sample dat files are different from build-in animations. Even build-in animations run too fast and not as soothing as the one I bought last time. I really hope the vendor can make upgrades and fix bugs for the firmware and software. I’d like to provide suggestions as a customer.
