Wow, everything u wanted in a pair of cans, SQ wise. V balanced tuning, easy to drive & looks beautiful too. Love it!
My first headphone from Sivga and I can say that I'm couldn't be happier. The Phoenix complete my setup incredibly. It's a well thought "bassy" open back (resembling a closed back with a better "not-so-wide" soundstage and acuracy). The build is well above average for the price, unfortunately it's not for big heads (overall the HP is small at hand and on head - need some work in this area). Soundwise some US$500 are better in detail retrieving, Bass control and "openess" considering the design even though the cost the double. For me it's a keeper, but not for for everyone's taste. ( Compared with Hifiman HE400S Focus-A pads + grill mods and Blon Bl03; Tin T2 Plus)
