The package arrived quickly. The whole thing. The quality of manufacture is high. But the seller sent the DVR in a different case than shown in the photo on the site. This case is ugly. If I knew that, I would have bought it from another seller. Technical support in Russia does not work, email address Sino-smart@mail.ru he hasn't answered for a week. I assume that in case of problems with the DVR, I will not get help. As a result, I will not put more than 4 stars.
