Maximum output is actually 14.25 Watts Not sure the noise would be well handled by my expensive phone!! At 5V - Max 3A Pushing 4.75V. 50mv Noise under load, 250mv no load. (14.25W) At 9V - Max 1.6A Pushing 8.81V, 70mv Noise under load, 390mv No Load (14.1W) At 12V - Max 1.13A Pushing 11.88, 20mv under load, 70mv no load (13.42W)
