I placed the order on 26th September (with Single Boom Arm) for shipment from Spain to the UK. It took 4 days for the package to be posted. On 3rd October I checked the tracking codes and noticed there were 2 parcels instead of 1. The next day a package arrived, missing the Arm and Silicone Mat. The listing did *not* state that the order would be split in two. The second package was not posted until 9th October due to a national holiday from 1st-7th October. It arrived 4th November from China, 39 days after ordering the package, 32 days after the Microscope. The Microscope itself is great, but the base of the stand is too light. Extending the arm more than half way can cause it to tip over. It must be weighted down or clamped. The size of the collar of the stand is too small. It touches the arm clamp when rotated. I would recommend the Double Arm if possible. Communication with the seller was excellent and quick throughout, but the delays should have been explained beforehand.
