I received the curtains which are good quality and I am happy with them. Seller marked them as sent on the last day they had before automatic refund. There was about an hour to go. Curtains were sent around China and then returned to seller where they then contacted me with a story and a new tracking number. It took awhile to leave China but once in Australia, it got to me within a couple of days.
