Gonna be honest, it's not a product you particularly need. But I like that I can give the dough an extra kneeding without anything sticking to my hands. It's easy to clean at least if the dough is not sticky. Sticky dough ... well, sticks to the silicone as well, so if necessary, add flour to the dough bag. But basically, a good product, shipment was okay as well.

Everything is OK. Good product. Unfortunately it was stuck in my country for a month before I got it. Besides that everything else is OK.
