These do not stay in place and constantly need to be readjusted. (I tried using very strong double sided tape to tape them down to my shoe but did not work because of the material)...also they are not firm at all so it always feels like I have a very squishy annoying heel insert that doesnt stay in place and yet provides no relief. I wished I had saved my money instead, now i will just be throwing out both items i purchased from the store. Very bad quality, I would not wish on my worst enemy to wear.
