Very poor comms. Had to pay 60% import tax and fees as the item value was incorrectly declared. The tent was advertised as having a foot print. Even though I messaged the seller reminding them to send the tent complete with the foot print .. No foot print arrived.. The tent itself seems to be good quality. But not been tested in weather yet.. Longsinger need to up their game when it comes to customer service.. Very poor..
