These are great pre formed nappies. You may need to double up on soaker pads though or they will leak with even quite moderate amounts of pee.

These could do with being 20cm longer so that they properly fit Sigzagor's pre formed nappy. You may also need to double up / use 2 for anything more than moderate amounts of pee.
