Good seller respond and thumbs up for that. Finishing quality of the product is excellent and have nothing to complaint about it. Certainly it will improve the water quality at my home due to the contents inside of the filter case. One thing that needs to be improved is the shipment process. Try not to ship several times for 1 order as I will increase the import duty as well in my country. Overall I'm quite happy with the service especially the product. Well done.
