Just to let everyone know, my package arrived in a torn plastic bag, which is inside a box, and the cone was just rolling around in the box. The plastic bag tear looks like it has been cut open. The metal surface has marks all over, the surface is rough, the lip of the cone is also made uneven. Either this is not new product, or not genuine Shimano, or a bad quality. I may sound fussy, but for important bicycle parts I want it to be reliable. I would ask for money back, but it's $4 and I have better things to do. But I won't recommend.
