I cannot fault the product. No complaints. Genuine stuff. Only problem was item took a good 2.5 months to arrive. Store cannot give any other assurance other than "Don't worry" it's on the way. It's normal. 2.plus month wait is NOT NORMAL especially for paid shipping. Covid-19 is an easy scapegoat. The thermal printed address almost faded to nothing by the time I got the item. You should not be in a hurry to get any of these items. Items (bike and non-bike) ordered from other suppliers looks less than 2.5 weeks - not months to arrive.
