Warning! Seller has exceptionally great parts (had a few in the past) but also garbage like I received now. His support is one of the worst I experienced. So please be warned! I ordred many parts (MGN rails,ballscrews,linear rods,etc). Both MGN rails almost unable to move on arrival. Even after 2h cleaning,greasing only "ok". All 4 linear rods (12x500mm) bended 2mm! One ballscrews hard moving. See my YouTube videos [CNC factory supply]. Contacted seller to solve directly and send pictures,videos. His answer is on pictures. Very impolite! I opened a dispute. Seller insists on sending back.I did.No money back.Filed 9 appeals now.AE keeps rejecting because they claim that its not returned–even with proof of delivery from UPS. Order arrived at me on 11/30/2020.today is 02/02/2021. No refund in sight. Seller is not willing to find a fair solution with customers. Bad packaging + customs fees for me. I recommend buying somewhere else!
Quality is not the best. 0.15mm failure in spindle.
