Lamp came as described and is already up and running.
After having tested this lamp for 1 month now, I can say with confidence that it is unfit for aquariums. Two of my fish died because of the exposure to UV radiation and my third fish got sick. Get yourself a UV lamp that gets attached to the filter and forget cheap solutions like this. Trust me, you don't want to kill your fish.
