i got small instead of big

Product was specified as 34 mm in diameter. It is not. Just 31.2 mm. Provides no stretch from the 31 mm plug bought previously. This is not a manufacturing tolerance allowance _ It is a misrepresentation of the size illustrated. I would not have bough tit from you had the actual size been shown.
