i never got the item. the communication about it was alright. i had to message them about the missing package and then told me that they couldn’t ship it to me. they knew they couldn’t ship it to me and they didn’t tell me. i waited for about about 3-4 weeks and they didn’t tell me a thing until i messaged them back. after that the refund took a few days to happen. i’m assuming because of time zones but it took a while for me to get the refund.
