I doubt that the front glass is a sapphire crystal, looks like a good quality (think Seiko) mineral one. Other than this, the watch presents an outstanding value for money: there are no flaws on polished nor brushed areas, the black coating is uniform, there is no misaligment on the hands, the lume is OK (nothing to write home about, but sufficient), the second time zone ring centers at full hour markings without an excessive play. I'm very satisfied; this is my first, but definitely not the last one Sea-gull.
