I live in the US, so it took 27 days to reach me; covid and custom concerns had a lot to do with that, I'm not complaining. As far as part quality is concerned, it is very good; I had no doubts about that. As far as tweaking it, I removed the white plastic internal plunger. I weigh 70kg, so I needed the spring to have more space to relax in. I also removed the rear lube-hole plug and shot some T-9 in; then I ran the threaded plug back in until it stopped; finished by backing it out 1 turn, so it would not rub on the internal pin. This post doesn't bob at all, it is steady and well damped. You don't even know it's there, until you encounter a sudden g-surge or bump you weren't counting on. I can ride a lot longer now. I also like the way it allows the bike to move more free of the rider's extra mass. It should help your spoke tension remain a bit more consistent; I'm sure it's improving the longevity of other things as well. Get one, you won't regret it.
