Excellent product and they provide some amazing amount of light for any power outage situations which is the main reason we purchased them and the use of readily available AAA batteries is handy and are supposed to work for a decent length of time (4 hours). Very pleased with the lanterns and at a very affordable price. It's also nice that there is no small fiddly Switch that one has to search for In the dark. Just lift the top part of the lantern and they turn on, if working batteries are installed of course. And just shove them back down to collapsed them and to turn them off. Nice touch!!!
The product is very simple and unimpressive, its size is small and it does not look like it looks in the pictures at the time of purchase. In terms of cost versus benefit - the product is more expensive than it should cost versus value.
