The product arrived otherwise than damaged is in terms of functionality as defective probably software defective or some integrated circuit of the components on the pcb.it does not work properly at all as it should when connected to a computer. The BIOS of a computer cannot take a long time to detect a connected hard drive or system as if there were non-existent hardware.
