the product is exactly what i ordered. it seems to be working well (only connected it once so far to check that it works). the product took over 2 month to arrive (i'm not sure it the store's fault) it left the country of origin and arrived 6 weeks later.The tracking did not work correctly the last update was that the package left the country of origin and then nothing until i received a message asking me to come take it from the post office 6 weeks later. even now that the package arrived the tracking info is not updated. 2 days before the buyer protection was suppose to end i opened a dispute the store representative asked me to be patient but did not offer to extend the buyer protection - if you want me to be patient and wait more time the least you can do is extend the buyer protection otherwise i'm might get stuck without the product and without the protection
