The delivery of the item was quick, but the item was damaged already. The item did not get damaged during the shipping, since it was packed very neatly and the packing was good, but the pencil itself was damaged already. The seller did not check or test the pencil before packing it and shipping it. Some one was not careful to check the item before shipping it. The tip of the pencil is bent (twisted) and it keeps breaking the lead from the inside. I have used this brand before and it is a very good brand, but I order directly from Japan, and I always get a good product. If it is damaged I get a replacement free of cost directly from any Japanese seller. This is the first time I order from China and I get a damaged product. Now lets see if this seller replaces the product free of cost or something else...!!
