The merchandise came with almost imperceptible scratches but otherwise everything is perfect. Salespeople are attentive and kind. The merchandise came well packed and with two gift cards (one was requested by me). Arrived super fast (3 weeks to Brazil).
I messed up. There are no scratches on the keychain, the protective plastic that is scratched. the care that the store takes is wonderful! I recommend it!
