The product arrived problematic as you can see in the photos and the seller said that it was not a product to be aesthetic, it does not work and just returned me € 24, very poor communication.

Bought and paid for on 10/24/2020 sent on 10/28/2020 from Poland received on 10/30/2020 in Germany The tool works very well. I tested it with 25qmm cable and cable lug: crimped with 25qmm inserts and then with 16qmm inserts re-pressed. I couldn't pull out the cable lug from the cable: holds indestructible.
