fits well. top and bottom edges and corners of TPU protect the screen from contacting anything. the sides of the case form to the edge of the M2X and do not provide protection but that is no problem. one issue i have is that the RW/play/FF buttons are not cut out like shown. the TPU case has convex dome shape over each button and similarly sized in the TPU so you can feel which is which. they still seem to be as easy to push but you can't feel button click because of the TPU. I'll have to try getting used to it, but I may use something to cut out the area covering the buttons. the TPU cutout for the volume is slightly tight, but probably not a problem.
I fit some thin plastic from a clear bag between the TPU and the buttons and now I can feel the buttons press again. now it works better than without the TPU
